Yeah, I want to be more wordy today... maybe later tonight after I get home from a screening of Spiderman.
After being away for far too long thanks to the idiotic Pussycat Dolls, VERONICA MARS (CW/ 9 p.m.) is back with some one-shot episodes that the network hopes will be more conducive to picking up new viewers than the serialized plotlines the show is really good with. Go figure. It's not been picked up for next season yet, so watch it before I get sad about another of my favorites going away.
Also, LAW AND ORDER: CRIMINAL INTENT (NBC/9 p.m.) takes on the recent NASA astronaut love triangle.
